This would be my last casual Friday look of the year at the orthopedic office and my last day at that job, since things would be slow the following year. I would be called upon when they needed me, so for now it would just be the Publix job. Again it was a chilly day, so I wore another 3/4 sleeve top with tights and booties.

It was the holiday season, so I did my nails in red and one accent nail.

This was actually a day before the fair when I had stayed over where I used to live. A simple warm day, so I wore a nice flowy top with my skinny jeans. It was a simple day of waking up early, heading back to where I live and going to see my boyfriend on his lunch break, but since it was his last day of that work week, he was done much earlier. We get kicked out when our hours are up.

Lately I've been going more fashionable for work at Macy's especially since I finally got the right kind of booties I've been looking for. I hadn't worn this blue dress in a while, last time I wore it, I didn't have my black tights and had to wear it with leggings, which wasn't the same. This time I wore it with my black cardigan and different black boots. Macy's bathroom has a full length mirror and that's where I can take outfit pictures, but right when I took it, a woman walked out of her stall amd she came out in the shot. I had to get back to work, so I was unable to retake it.

The blue dress was a gift, cardigan from H&M, belt was taken from a peplum dress from Marshall's and since I walk a lot and take buses to go to work and also always arrive earlier, I wore flats and changed into the booties when I was going to start my shift. Since I have to be on my feet and walk all around the store as part of my job. Flats were from Rainbow.

For this day off last week I decided to do a little dress up for fall looks. I had bought a new wine colored hat that I have been wanting for a year now, my shrug that was finally washed and new pearl headband used as a necklace, so it serves two purposes. I was already dressed in a plaid top with fall colors and my dark lipstick, so I thought it would be good to see what looks I could create with the hat.

The wool hat is from JCPenney, white shrug from Burlington Coat Factory, gray cami from Forever 21, plaid tip from Kmart and skinny jeans not shown were from Walmart. Earrings from Claire's, pearl headband used as a necklace from Beya and dark lipstick from Wet n' Wild.

It was Labor Day and of course I had to work at Macy's. I had arrived there too early and the only place that was open was a Cuban restaurant, so to kill some time, I had breakfast there. I tried to do as much red, white and blue while staying within the dress code, but turns out they had announced the day before that associates could do those colors in any way for this day. I would've done more if I had heard this announcement. The pants are from Walmart, black cami from Forever 21 and blue crop top was a gift.

I was just enjoying my music and my large breakfast at La Carreta. I go to a Cuban restaurant and order pancakes and eggs for breakfast, I prefer American breakfasts.

Today, Wednesday I was able to dress up a bit to go into the capital for my grandparent's 65th anniversary lunch. I didn't bring much clothing here, so I have a very limited amount of options. I did a look I had done before, but with different accessories.

I wore a long black lace top from Wet Seal that was a gift, leggings and sandals from Carrion. I thought wearing leggings would be ok, but I was very wrong. It was the hottest day we have ever felt there, removing and putting them on were like leather pants.

I went with turquoise accessories again, but all different ones. Statement necklace from H&M, Claire's earrings borrowed from mother, Henri Bendel bow ring, pearl bracelet from Zetram Designs and bangles were gifts.

I was her helper with this party so she was grateful. I created a playlist on spotify, helped her shop for items for the party, load her car and bring all the stuff to a second location for the festivities.
