I've been trying to find the time to keep blogging, but with work and errands, it's been very difficult. This was for another day I had off, which was Tuesday, I had to go to where I used to live to pick up a few things. It was a lot of boxes to go through, a lot of dust and lots of lifting,  it at least I was able to find a few things I had been looking for a long time ago. It was my boyfriend's day off too and since he lives very close to where I was, we decided to meet up and make a day of it and also have a lunch date.

Red top from Rainbow, vest was a gift, cardigan from H&M, new skinny jeans Forever 21 and booties from Sears.
It was a chilly day, so I wore my cardigan and my fuzzy vest, but with all the going through boxes, it got hot.
Earrings from Miss A, necklace from Saks Fifth Avenue, main ring in the middle from Beya, the two other rings on either side new from Forever 21, pearl and red bracelet from Miss A and black bracelet was a handmade gift.

I had finally found the button down blue denim shirt I have been wanting for years. Which I had bought last week and finally wore. I chose to wear it with my skinny jeans, booties and tucked in. I had seen this look done by Emily Blunt on her episode of lip sync battle amd thought to try that.

Jean shirt from Target, skinny jeans from Forever 21 and booties from Sears.
Earrings from Aldo, long necklace from Saks Fifth Avenue, ring from Beya pearl bracelets from Miss A and white bracelet from mini in the box.
I had also bought a new sleeveless jacket that is reversable, one side gray fabric and the other side faux shearling from Target.

Lately I've been going more fashionable for work at Macy's especially since I finally got the right kind of booties I've been looking for. I hadn't worn this blue dress in a while, last time I wore it, I didn't have my black tights and had to wear it with leggings, which wasn't the same. This time I wore it with my black cardigan and different black boots. Macy's bathroom has a full length mirror and that's where I can take outfit pictures, but right when I took it, a woman walked out of her stall amd she came out in the shot. I had to get back to work, so I was unable to retake it.

The blue dress was a gift, cardigan from H&M, belt was taken from a peplum dress from Marshall's and since I walk a lot and take buses to go to work and also always arrive earlier, I wore flats and changed into the booties when I was going to start my shift. Since I have to be on my feet and walk all around the store as part of my job. Flats were from Rainbow.
Earrings from Claire's, pearl necklace was a gift, gold necklace from Saks, ring from Beya, pearl bracelet Miss A and gold bangles part of a set from New York and Company.
Got to wear my new sunglasses from Sears while waiting for the mall to open.

I was meeting up with my aunt and my cousin who is visiting from NY with her son, since they would pick me up at dadeland mall at 11:30am, I thought I would take advantage and come earlier to the mall to walk around. Since the last two times I had come, I hadn't been to Saks and this time I decided to go in and have a look. On the first floor there were so many gorgeous designer handbags and sunglasses, upstairs were the clothes and the shoes, boy was I amazed. I first took a picture of the "bubbles" hanging from the ceiling that I would love as my room decor, then I dove right into Guiseppe Zanotti because I fell I love with the looks.

My next day off is Thursday so I might try these on for my next visit because they were gorgeous.
I also thought these were gorgeous because of the peacock feathers, which I love so much that I did a peacock theme for my 22nd bday in blue and green.
Some Manolo Blahnik heels because I did love the jewels.
Sparkly Jimmy Choo heels in black or silver.
Or some Prada heels in suede.
Found these YSL heels that I would wear, might have to go back and try them on. Definitely my style and color. Since I will be off on Thursday, maybe I will head over again and actually try them on.
I was in the Roberto Cavalli area and thought this dress was gorgeous with the snake around the collar.
Just after the Roberto Cavalli section was the Chanel area with this outfit in the glass display and boy did I fall in love, very classy. I was told by a Chanel associate that I cannot take pictures of Chanel, the rest of the store yes, but not Chanel, I had already taken the picture though.

This is the first time I have been able to take full outfit pictures of my workwear and I actually took them after work. Since Macy's is all black, that's what I've been mostly wearing. I had washed my hair the night before and when I woke up at 5:30am the next day, it was still semi wet, I brushed it and flat ironed it as much as a I could, but it turned it a frizzball on my way to work. I ended up just flipping it up and flat ironed it when I got back. It was not only a bad hair day, but it was one bad thing after another, I first missed my first bus, which made me miss my second bus, didn't have time to eat breakfast or bring any snacks with me, so I was hungry all morning, that there put me in a bad mood, then I had to leave work early to make it back to my potential second job to fill out new employee paperwork and again missed my bus and I desperately needed to go to the bathroom. The day did get better as I was told I could go at any time that day, so I fixed my hair and used the bathroom before heading to Publix, finished the paperwork and bought some much needed food.

This past weekend we had two birthdays and one of them was the friend that always gives me things like clothes and jewelry. She gave me a bunch of new things and one of them was this black peplum top, glad I was able to get another black top for work worn with black Express pants.

This was the first time I wore sandals to work, apparently it's appropriate for Macy's. Sandals from Carrion, store in Nicaragua.

I had left with a new pair of dangly earrings on, but felt they were too much with the necklace for work, so I took them off. Wore my Saks Fifth Avenue necklace, Guess watch and both bracelets from Henri Bendel.

It was my friend's birthday and we were all coming over to her mom's house for a small gathering. It was my first week back in the states and finally I could dress up and wear a skirt. I wore a stripped sequin top that was a gift, red skirt from Sears and bootie heels from Payless, which I didn't take any pictures of, but have worn before. I wore one of my contacts and my Pop Love lipstick from Avon.

Wore my Saks Fifth Avenue necklace and new earrings from Beya.
Guess watch, rhinestone and bow bangles are from a set from New York and Company, pearl bracelet from Zetr Designs and a pearl bangle that was a gift.

This was meant to be posted a few days ago, but I've been so busy with it being my friend's last week in Nicaragua and the blogger app was giving me problems. Of course it's better late than never. This was for one of the 2 days going into the next town for some free WiFi and fragrance shopping, since I had told my friend of this place that sold designer perfumes for much less.
I wore a black tank from Gap, jeans from The Limited, sandals from a local vendor and my red crossbody from Marshall's.
For jewelry I wore the Saks Fifth Avenue necklace a friend had given me, earrings part of a set from Mad Rag, a Guess watch, H&M chain link bracelet and pearl bracelet from Zetram Designs.
To cool ourselves off, of course we had some ice cream.
