I didn't take any full outfit shots any of these days while in Nicaragua, I only took some selfies. For New Years I just took my jeans off and put on an A line skirt with some jewelry.

Selfie with my mother.

For the first day of the year, since family was coming over and I was meeting my cousin's new German husband, I wore a black lace top, Avon lipstick, earrings from Burlington Coat Factory and my new necklace from Saks Fifth Avenue.

For a simple day I wore my gray Forever 21 cami, which I just found out are made in Nicaragua, my owl earring and necklace set and Avon lipgloss.

On my only and last day off on the job, which wasn't even a full day, I went to Blommindales and noticed I had never seen their holiday windows.

They had a New Years display which was a mini version of the ball drop, which actually went down, here is the sequence.

This was the cutest thing I've ever seen, tiny handbag from Tory Burch!

I've never actually stayed on that floor and looked at the special occasion dresses, this time I did. Really liked the skirt part of the one on the far right.

I fell in love with this white dress!

As I was walking by, I saw this outfit in the Ralph Lauren section and thought I would totally wear that.

Passed by the Kate Spade shop inside Bloomingdales.

Also the first time I went deeper into the home section where the glassware is and they had many Christmas tablescapes.

I have silver chargers, so I can try to do this tablescape.

Very nice with the glass pieces chandelier above.

On another day of my week off, I went to see the holiday window displays. Already posted from other stores and here is Saks Fifth Avenue on fifth Ave. Sorry for the glare, there was a lot of reflection.

Love it when a man is all dapper! Needs to come back into men's style.

Noticed afterwards that this picture was kind of blurry, but good thing I took a close up shot of the dress.

New York City skyline.

Cinderella NYC style. They had many fairytale displays.

There were a lot of people and I waited for them to be out of the way to get this shot, but as you can see it never fully happened, but you can see the display clearly.

Another fairytale NYC style, Snow White.

There I am in the reflection with my purchases.

Another trip during my week off had to be made to Henri Bendel since they out the tree up just 2 days after I had already gone. This was my first time seeing it in person and I was amazed at the size of the ornaments, which they do sell in regular size, made me love it even more. It was also a good day to keep looking at other holiday windows, which was interrupted by rain and I took refuge inside Bergdorfs.

I actually did do some shopping that day at Bendels, but not sure if it will be a present or if I will keep it.

Loved how grand it was with all the giant ornaments, just wish I had taken a picture the Bendel windows.

One of the many Christmas trees they have at the flagship store with many trinkets underneath.

Love the plaid and fall colors.

It's the real and blue section upstairs.

These lovely earrings caught my eye just before I headed out.

At Bergdorfs, this is always the floor of the first set of dressed mannequins I always take a pictures of when I'm on my way up.

I saw this as I was headed down.

Another mannequin set as I was headed down.

I went to the home section as I always in all the stores and stepped inside the Christmas area, this time I actually looked at the ornaments and this immediately caught my eye as a baker, a tower of cupcakes.

This one was big enough to actually use as a glass, but no one wants to drink glitter.

For the sushi lovers, soy sauce, a piece of sushi and the next picture a tray of sushi.

It was so funny when I saw they had an iPhone ornament, I would say this is the 3GS model.

For the photographers out there, which is so cute.

And the back side, which had an image taken of NYC.

They always have that one amazing tablescape on this floor, this time is was a very rural theme with plaid, wood and deer antlers.
