I have the closing shift today and I don't start until later in the afternoon, so I had some free time in the morning and some of the day. I just wore something I can wear in the meantime and then just change into my work pants and sneakers for work. Only thing I needed to do today was buy some new hair dye and do a strand test, since the other dye on my tips wasn't that much of a change. I got a very light blonde shade from Garnier Nutrisse and did the strand test, but the result was really similar, so tomorrow I'll just dye my whole head in this shade, which is a dark blonde in the light. Maybe later on I'll do just my tips again in a lighter shade.

I was off last weekend, so my roommate and I took advantage of one of our days off to finally move in the new furniture we had gotten a few weeks ago. Since I've been working a lot and have been traveling, we haven't really had a chance to move everything until now. We had to take the things out of the old drawers, move out the old furniture, move the other furniture in the way, bring in the new furniture which was very heavy and put everything in the new drawers. After a long day of lifting, we deserved a night out, my roommate had invited me out for some drinks with another friend, I haven't had a social life in a very long time, so I agreed. I decided to recreate an outfit I had done, but didn't get that many pictures that time and it was an incomplete outfit, since it was the day my aunt dropped me off back at my place after staying over at her place.

It was a crazy night of dancing and free drinks, which was too much and I won't be doing again, but it felt so nice to dance again, it had been years.

Our first "nice" outing in Nicaragua where we could actually dress nicer was this Saturday in Managua, since my mother had a meeting there and we would all tag along and take advantage of the trip. Her meeting was at Casa del Café, which is a nice café we would go to when we came here, but this was a new location we hadn't been to before. We had our lunch there and enjoyed some wifi time, mom's meeting was not as long as I thought at all, so we were free to do anything early on. We went to Sinsa for a bit, which is a home improvement store over here then we headed to Salvador Allende, where we had gone before on the boat to have some drinks, only this time we did the actual boat tour. That boat was very rocky, so my dad was dizzy, but overall it was a good trip.

We had some drinks and a little bit of food, since we were still full from Casa del Café and it was a nice boat ride.

These are all the new lite trees they are putting up around Managua, before it was only some yellow ones, but now they have other colors. They are pretty, but they cut down so many trees just to put up these fake ones and then after a while they won't be lite anymore because they won't be able to afford the electricity.

It was my first full day in NC and I went all out. I paired my wine colored skinny pants with my new wine colored hat, new infinity scarf, new thermal and my sunglasses. It wasn't that cold of a day, so just this was fine. I went to the front yard where everyone was and they were in love with my look, my brother felt under dressed and my sister in law's mom kept saying I looked like a Barbie. She wanted to take pictures of me to send them to her mom, since she had mentioned to her about my outfit. I have yet to receive those pictures as there is also one with my brother. We would just be doing a few errands and seeing their new still under construction house, which was nice, especially my sister in law's closet, it's the size of a bedroom. We went to the supermarket to get some wine for the sangria and a few food items, I got some stares as my sister in law's mom mentioned to me, maybe I was a bit over dressed, but I really liked it and I wore it.

My roommate had given me a pair of burgundy colored skinny pants a while back and finally I was able to wear it on my day off. I was in a fall mood this day with these pants and spent it at a large nearby mall where I spent a lot of my day. I really loved these pants and the color and will definitely be wearing these more often during this fall season.
