My Friday night was spent at Henri Bendel and walking up 5th Ave. They have new Christmas products like snow globes, ornaments and special edition candles. My Saturday excursions will be posted tomorrow, holiday windows and Lord & Taylor.

This necklace definitely caught my eye, looked like many coins.

This is the exterior to Harry Winston with music, which is right next to Henri Bendel.

The next day I went to the New York Public Library for the first time, the main one by Bryant Park. I stood right where Jake Gyllenhaal's character stood for the movie The Day After Tomorrow and took a picture.

And as you can see, phone booths still exist here. It's a rare sight nowadays which is why I took a picture and I wasn't the only one.

I stayed there for a few hours, but was so hungry and had to find some food. I went to Panera Bread, but there were no seats so I came back to the library and sat outside, it was chilly.

It has been so busy and I barely have time to take outfit pictures or blog. This is all part of the adventures I had with my friends last week. This was our first time in the financial district and the "law and order" area! Another friend and I are big SVU fans and we had to see the court house, we did not have time to see 1PP (1 Police Plaza) and we walked the steps we thought they walked down on.

This is the civil court house.

We then realized we had the wrong court house and it was the one next to it, which is the federal court house.

Posed with my friend.

And we actually walked right in the middle of a shooting literally because we were told to get out of the way because they were filming and we were in the shot. It was for an episode of the show Oddessy.

Ended my night with a view!

I've been working really hard and long hours, my boss recognized that and gave me a present yesterday that I would appreciate and I most definitely did! This is my first Kate Spade product and I've been wanting something from that line for a very long time.

A scarf perfect for the fall season!

It's a very large scrarf, longer than a twin bed, so when I'm not in NY and in a warm area, I can still use it as wall art.

The designer stamp! Thinking maybe I can wear it on Friday, since I might be going to an art show with my cousin in Queens. Not sure of the time yet, so don't know if I'll be able to dress up and celebrate Halloween.
