I'm posting still trying to catch up to my current outfits, but I as you know I stopped for a few months, since all I did was work. This look was for the beginning of 2018 and it started off with a cold front in Miami, which I was loving, since it was an all day one and I was able to brush off the dust from my winter clothes.
Skinny jeans Bongo from JCPenney, thermal shirt from Rainbow, poncho from Old Navy and boots from Sears.
Pearls was a wedding gift from my mother in law and headpiece from Miss A. I was wearing my new Huda Beauty obsessions palette in mauve, Anastasia Beverly Hills brow pomade in taupe and Tartiest quick dry matte lip stain from Tarte.

And as a new year, my husband and I got couples tattoos. I had been wanting one for a while now, just didn't know what I wanted, so when I finally found it, we did it and loved it. This is my second tattoo, my first was "Liebe dich selbst" which is love yourself on my wrist.
I've been really loving this new app called snow, a lot of pretty cool filters and I had to take one with my husband during this cold front.

My roommate and another friend had made plans for Sunday brunch, I had to make sure I wasn't working before I could join them and I wasn't. I had only done brunch in NYC, so this is the only way I know how to dress for them which was a bit too fancy for Miami brunch, but I won't change it for anythig. We were having brunch at a place in Sunset called rok:brgr where they offer free mimosas for ladies from 10 am to 3pm......I ended up having too many and I suffered the next day at work, my shift started at 6am. My coworkers knew of my Sunday plans amd asked how it went, the whole day was all about mimosas, they just loved taking about it.

Peplum top was a gift, new skinny jeans from the new Forever 21 location in Town and Country, blue sandals from Rainbow, floppy hat from Old Navy and trapeze handbag bought in Nicaragua.
Earrings were a gift, freshwater pearl necklace from no more rack, new ring from Charming Charlie, watch from mini in the box, bracelets from Miss A and Chanel lipstick.
I was really loving my new ring and so was my roommate as she melt trying it on and took pictures with it. I also switched up my nails by added gold glitter polish to some of the nails.
Here we were, my roommate and I being twinsies with floppy hats as I lent her mine so we can match, toasting with our free mimosas.

It was Halloween day here in North Carolina and the festivities wouldn't be until late afternoon. I wanted to wear my new stuff like the cape/poncho and the hat that I specifically bought for this trip. Since the day I had bought it, I tried it on and took pictures and sent some to my friend, she asked again what coven I was from. That day I was also wearing this amulet, so it made the witch outfit more complete. So for my daytime Halloween "costume" I would be a coven witch with her amulet.

Thermal blue long sleeve from JCPenney, leggings from Charlotte Russe, cape/poncho and hat from Old Navy, booties from Sears and sunglasses from Sears as well.
Earrings from New York and Company, ring from Beya, amulet necklace was a gift and bracelet from Henri Bendel.
While I was sitting in the kitchen, they were making sangria for a Halloween get together later that day. Here I was with my first, but that night I had like 6 glasses, even one while trick or treating because that's how it's done here, everyone walking around with their drink while their kids go door to door. I've never seen anything like that before, but here it is the norm.

I bought a new cape/poncho and hat and wanted to play around with them. I was working at Macy's that day and started trying them on with the clothes I had worn for work that day, which included that amulet necklace. I sent some of the pictures to my friend and she just kept asking what coven I was from, it was more true with that amulet. I had already gotten my first fall hat from JCPenney in burgandy, so this time I went for a tan colored one. Since I was doing a NC trip, I wanted to pull all the stops for my fall looks. I am currently here in NC and just wore my burgandy hat, the next one would be wearing this one.

New cape/poncho and hat from Old Navy, lace black top from Wet Seal, amulet was a gift and new sunglasses from Sears.
